Welcome to OneScan App. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, OneScan App may collect:

• Email address (for account creation and login)
• Name, if provided during account creation or Sign in with Apple
• Scan history (if you choose to save it)
• Favorite scans
• Account preferences and settings
• Anonymous app usage information to improve the app

OneScan App does not access your camera or photo library unless you grant permission.

Sign in with Apple

If you choose to create or access your OneScan account using Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide OneScan with information you authorize, such as your name and email address. Apple allows you to choose whether to share your personal email address. If you choose to hide your email address, Apple may provide OneScan with a unique private relay email address instead. OneScan uses the email address provided by Apple to create and manage your OneScan account and to provide account-related services. OneScan does not use your Apple Account credentials or Apple Account password. Authentication is handled securely through Apple and Firebase Authentication. OneScan does not access your camera or photo library unless you grant permission.

AI Features

If you use AI-powered features, the scanned content may be securely sent to our AI service provider to generate explanations or summaries.

We do not use your scanned data to train our own AI models.

AI service providers may process your request solely for the purpose of generating the requested response, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and improve OneScan
• Sync your account across devices
• Save your scan history and favorites
• Deliver AI-powered explanations (when requested)
• Respond to support requests

Subscriptions

If you purchase a premium subscription, payment is securely processed by Apple through your App Store account.

OneScan does not collect, process, or store your payment card information.

We may receive limited subscription information from Apple, such as your subscription status, in order to provide premium features.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

Scan History

To help manage storage, scan history is automatically deleted after approximately 30 days.

Your Rights

You may:

• Access your account information
• Delete your account
• Request deletion of your stored data
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data directly from within the OneScan app or by contacting us.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

By continuing to use OneScan after updates become effective, you agree to the revised Privacy Policy.
